A process aimed at minimizing our footprint
At Distriplast, we focus on integrating recycled polypropylene (PP) into our production process without compromising on the quality of our sheets. Polypropylene already has a naturally low carbon footprint, and by incorporating up to 70% recycled content into our PP corrugated sheets, we further reduce CO₂ emissions throughout the product's entire lifecycle. Our in-house recycling program allows us to reuse both our own and external production scraps, making the most of available resources through efficient remanufacturing.
Our participation in the circular economy extends beyond our walls. We actively source recycled PP from across the European market to ensure a steady, sustainable raw material supply. In addition, we run take-back programs to repurchase clean, monomaterial cutting scraps for reintegration into our production line.
